Loan Imaging

AccuAccount is a core-integrated loan imaging tool that makes it easier (and faster) for financial institutions to scan loan and collateral-specific documents.

Simplify Document Imaging for Loans and Collateral

Loan and collateral-specific documents can be scanned (using a desktop scanner and/or multi-function device) and organized within AccuAccount in a matter of minutes. Electronic documents in any format can also be easily added with a quick drag and drop. During implementation, your financial institution will decide what loan and collateral types you’d like to map in from your core nightly, and the corresponding document structure that needs to be assigned with each.

Reduce Frustration with a Logical File Structure

Similar to the structure of a traditional loan file, AccuAccount logically displays customer documents on the left and loan documents on the right side of the customer page (within groups defined by your financial institution). Bank staff can access any customer or loan file with ease. Users get an at-a-glance view of loan specific documents and each piece of collateral that is associated with the loan.

Automatically Track Expired or Missing Documents

Track important information about a document by adding document details, such as: document title, date, expiration date, and comments. As new documents are added to AccuAccount, exceptions automatically clear.
