Dede guides corporate vision, mission, values and strategic plans, and is ultimately responsible for delivering on commitments to our clients and partners. She is a founding member of Alogent.

Before joining Alogent, Dede spent two years as Chief Financial Officer at GT Nexus overseeing financial performance and strategy. Prior to GT Nexus she served as the Senior Vice President of Finance for Global Payments, a public global-commerce company in the credit-card and payments industry. She also served as the VP of Corporate Finance for CheckFree Corporation (now Fiserv), a global provider of financial electronic commerce services and products.

“Focus on the customer” is a core value at Alogent and Lee’s role helps bring this to reality, leading customer success and data center operations. 

Prior to joining Alogent, Lee was the COO of ControlScan where he led initiatives dedicated to compliance services, security operations and customer success. Under his guidance, the Compliance Support Center also won “Gold” for Best Support Team of the Year as a Leader in Security Support Services from Info Security Products Guide’s 2016 Global Excellence Award.

Monica is responsible for Alogent’s technical vision and for leading all aspects of Alogent’s software development, as well as for providing direction to all technology-related areas across the Alogent product suite, go-to-market, and infrastructure.

Tenured in the software and technology market, Monica has held various roles throughout her career, most recently as Head of Payment Services Technology at Discover Financial Services. She’s also held positions at Elavon, FleetCor, First Data Corporation, AutoTrader.com, 4th Source, Cox Communication, and Oracle. In addition, Monica is an Advisory Council Member of Women in Technology (WIT).

Reese oversees all legal matters, ensuring Alogent operates with the highest level of integrity and compliance, collaborating closely with the organization and providing strategic legal advice. 

With more than 20 years of leadership within technology and fintech companies, Reese has a deep expertise in payment ecosystems and a strong track record of building trust with customers, partners, and regulators. Prior to joining Alogent, Reese spent his career in both private practice and on in-house legal, compliance, and security teams, including General Counsel at Merchant e-Solutions and Payspan. 

Sasha leads Alogent’s financial operations, including corporate accounting, financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis, as well as sales operations, business operations, project management, and human resources.

Sasha has over 20 years of financial and operations leadership in financial services, telecom, and retail. Most recently he was the EVP, CFO of Nitor Partners, an SAP software implementor in the procure to pay space. Prior to that, Sasha held executive finance roles at Fusion Connect, a premier player in the Unified Connectivity as a Service (UCaaS) vertical, Mountain Motorsports, the third largest powersports retailer in the United States, and Global Payments, the largest pure-play provider of payment solutions to merchants around the world.  

Mattatha Johnson leads both the Direct Sales and Sales Engineering Teams. With more than a decade of experience in financial technology, cybersecurity, and IT services, she brings deep industry knowledge and a proven ability to grow revenue through strategic account expansion and net new acquisition.

Before joining Alogent, Mattatha held senior sales leadership roles at Sikich and other technology-driven organizations, where she led teams across fast-paced, highly regulated markets. She is a certified expert in the MEDDICC sales qualification methodology and has successfully driven its adoption across organizations to improve forecasting accuracy, sales performance, and cross-functional alignment.

Mattatha is passionate about coaching and team culture, placing a strong emphasis on collaboration, celebrating wins, and continuous improvement. Her leadership is defined by a focus on delivering customer value, developing talent, and aligning go-to-market strategy with measurable business outcomes.
