Mascoma Bank Chooses Alogent’s Unify to Consolidate Item Processing Solutions, Automate Transaction Processing, and Improve Fraud Detection

Alogent announced today that Mascoma Bank ($2.9B in assets) has selected Unify to drive enterprise-wide item processing and cross-channel check fraud mitigation. 

With Unify, Mascoma Bank will streamline and centralize its back-office operations by replacing four separate systems with a single platform that supports all Day 1 processing, including teller stations and other in-branch points of capture, as well as remote deposit channels such as mobile deposit and self-service kiosks like ATMs. The platform also handles all Day 2 processing, giving the bank real-time visibility across all points of capture, while increasing efficiency in both operations and fraud prevention.
