Alogent FASTdocs Suite Selected by Launch Federal Credit Union

Peachtree Corners, GA – April 26, 2017 – Alogent today announced that Launch Federal Credit Union (Launch FCU) has chosen the FASTdocs enterprise content management (ECM) solution suite to move toward streamlined, member-centric operations.

Launch FCU (Merritt Island, FL, 64,000 members, 12 branches, over $736M assets) faced demands for more services to serve a growing base, were hindered by reliance on inefficient paper-based processes. Their legacy ECM system lacked integration, accessibility and usability and left them with costly secure storage requirements.
