This is the internal portal. This is where the requests come from. This can be branded, so it will look just like what you want it to. So when you go in, you can go ahead and create a request. We're going to send it to John Smith, and then you're going to send it to their email address, what document you're looking for. So I'm looking for the twenty twenty five tax return, and then the notification email coming back. So who does it need to go back to when it's in the doc portal? You can even put a due date on this request. And what the due date will do is it'll just push it push it to the top of your customer's list. So they'll say, oh, these are the ones that are due first. And then you can also add a note here. These notes can be visible to the recipient, or you can actually mark them so they're just internal notes if you'd like. And now you're going to go ahead and send that request to John Smith so we can get his twenty twenty five tax return. Now you can see this document here, this twenty twenty five tax return is ready for review. A few other things you can do within this portal, you can actually resend a request. I can cancel a request and when you cancel a request it will actually send an email letting them know that it was canceled, it's canceled on your end. You can see what was canceled out here if you click here. You can just view and add notes and then view approve and reject documents and then download the documents.
