I am and my heart skipped a beat when our previous presenter froze. I'm glad to be here. I wasn't sure if it was me. So we see you, you're coming through loud and clear. All right, great. I should be sharing my screen now. It's coming up. Yep, full screen, you're all set. All right, great. Well, thanks for allowing me to present today. At Alligent, we spend a lot of time with credit unions talking about innovation, but not necessarily just innovation for its own sake. Today's session is about employee enablement, giving frontline and support teams the tools they need to work faster, safer, and more confidently with a goal of delivering a better member experience. FastOx is Allogene's enterprise content management platform. It's purpose built for credit unions. It's designed to eliminate document chaos by automating classification, extraction, routing, and secure access to information across the organization. Our approach includes leveraging AI to streamline all of these tasks. So a key idea to keep in mind today is this. When employees can access the right information instantly inside the systems they already use, everything improves. Fraud risk drops, processing speeds up, member interactions feel seamless. For your consideration, we'll talk through two practical high impact use cases powered by FastDocs, specifically to employee enablement. Firstly, integrated fraud management at the teller line, and second, member connection through secured digital document sharing. So let's start with integrated fraud mitigation focused on the branch and teller line. Credit unions are under constant pressure to prevent account impersonation and walk in account takeover, and yet those risks often surface during the busiest moments of the day. During peak traffic, even the best tellers may skip a verification step if those steps introduce friction. On top of that, identity artifacts like, ID images, signature cards, they're often stored in separate systems, outdated, or simply hard to find in the moment. As the NCUA has highlighted, consistent member account verification is a key internal control. The consistency is hard when the process itself slows employees down. So FastDocs solves this by bringing identity verification directly into the core system. Instead of asking tellers to leave their workflow, FastDocs integrates with the core to display government issued identification, signature cards, other verification artifacts. And this value shows up in four ways. With respect to security and compliance, your credit union policies are applied consistently every time for operational efficiency, no hopping between systems or manual searches, faster processing, transactions and member requests just move faster. And member experience, in branch interactions feel smooth and professional while those safeguards stay firmly in place. So let's take a quick look at what this means in practice. In this demonstration, you'll see how a teller working entirely within the core can instantly view ID documents and signature cards powered by FastDocs without disrupting the interaction with the member. So the key takeaway is you watch fraud mitigation becomes part of the natural workflow and not an obstacle to service. So as a teller, I've had Charles come up to me, to perform a transaction. So I go into my core workflow and I pull up Charles' account record, and he's given me his driver's licenses identification. So I simply click on my ID verified button and I'm prompted with a carousel of identification documents. These documents can consist of a driver's license or a signature card. I can click on, that particular image to see, an enhanced view of that signature for verification purposes. Now that I've verified the person standing in front of me, I can then go back to the core and process the transaction. So with minimal disruptions to my normal workflow as a teller, I've layered in a needed verification step, provided valued security for both the credit union and the member. So now let's shift our, shift our focus to our second use case, the member connection. Many credit unions struggle with secured document exchange outside of the branch, and as a result, teams fall back on email, in person drop offs, or ad hoc methods. And the impact? Delays, errors, follow ups, and inconsistent experience for both employees and members. FastDocs Web Share changes this by enabling employees to securely share documents directly with members through digital banking. From a value standpoint, with security and compliance sensitive documents, stay protected. For operational efficiency, there's less changing chasing and fewer manual touch points. It helps drive, the digital banking adoption as well as a secure channel. And then faster processing. Documents move immediately, not days later. And, again, that member experience interactions feel modern, convenient, and connected. So let's look at web share in action. In this demonstration, you'll see how a customer support representative can securely share documents with a member right through digital banking without relying on email or external tools. The important thing to notice is how employee enablement drives member satisfaction, fewer steps, clearer communication, and faster outcomes. So as a customer support rep, Sam has called up and he's requested a verification of funds document. So I've worked with Sam before and I pull up his member record and I navigate down here to the purpose built connect folder as part of Sam's record. And from there, I drag and drop the custom made verification of funds document. I can review that document, take a look at it. Automatically, it gets applied to a security group and a retention period. I can adjust those if needed, or I can go ahead and click create. And we see here in FastDocs that verification fund is now available in that connect folder. Then I can direct Sam to take a look at his his online banking, his digital banking platform, and they navigate, directly to their documents section of digital banking where they are displayed with a presented with a similar, folder structure and they direct them to that connect folder. And that verification of funds document is available to Sam. He's able to, in real time, download it, review it, while still on the phone with me, confirm that this is exactly what he needed. So while having the confidence that the document was shared securely through their their trusted digital banking provider. So to wrap up, both of today's examples highlight the same core idea. When you enable employees with integrated, intelligent access to information, innovation becomes real, and it has a tangible impact for your members and your employees. With FastOx, fraud mitigation happens naturally at the teller line. Secure member communication extends beyond the branch. Employees spend less time searching and more time serving. So thank you for joining us today. We'd love to continue this conversation and explore how these capabilities could support your credit union's goals. Thank you.
