Before joining Alogent, Mattatha held senior sales leadership roles at Sikich and other technology-driven organizations, where she led teams across fast-paced, highly regulated markets. She is a certified expert in the MEDDICC sales qualification methodology and has successfully driven its adoption across organizations to improve forecasting accuracy, sales performance, and cross-functional alignment.
